Saam Fu Chinese New Year 2020 Hawaii Highlights

Saam Fu Chinese Cultural Arts ushered in the Year of the Rat with lion dances around Hawaii.

Our students and sifus worked hard to help many schools and businesses celebrate Chinese New Year 2020 in Hawaii. The Saam Fu lion dance and kung fu demo team entertained crowds all around Oahu. 2020 also marked the third year we traveled to Hilo to help the Big Island ring in the new year.

We also made our morning news debut after filming a segment for HI Now Daily on Hawaii News Now. As always, it was an honor to help celebrate the lunar new year as it is a tradition that we love to pass on.

Mahalo to everyone that helped make this Chinese New Year a success. We hope you enjoyed it and are looking forward to doing it again next year!

If you would like to join the Saam Fu ohana, contact our sifus. They would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
