WHAT IS LOHAN QIGONG (CHI KUNG)?
Lohan Qigong (Chi Kung) is an internal exercise that uses movement and breath control to manipulate the flow of Chi along the body’s meridians. It is both a physical and mental exercise. Inwardly, it is taught to cultivate the Jing, the Chi and the Chen (mind, body, and spirit). Outwardly, it is practiced to build a strong and healthy body.

ABOUT MASTER JOHN
Master John is one of the Inner Chamber Disciples of Grand Master Chen Yong Fa, 5th generation direct descendent of the Founder of Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu and Shaolin Lohan Therapeutic Qigong system.

Qigong Seminar Flyer

Master John was Chief Instructor for 17 years in charge of the Lohan Qigong department at the Choy Lee Fut International Head Office School (Sydney Chinatown, Australia).

Master John has benefited greatly from Lohan Qigong. In 1995, at the age of 60, he suffered from liver disease and had a stroke. He lost his sense of balance; his speech was affected and also had no sense of direction. Through Lohan Qigong practice, he gained back his balance, his speech is back to normal and his sense of direction has improved.
